Walter Payton's Hill Is A Former Garbage Dump in Warreville, IL

It seems Walter Payton's famous impossible workout hill is actually a suburban landfill turned into a place of beauty.

Hard to imagine, but it is true. It is called (not sure why) Mt. Hoy, and is located in Warrenville, Ill.'s Blackwell Forest Preserve at Winfield and Butterfield. Warrenville is near Naperville and Wheaton, and is directly west of Chicago by around 35 miles.

Many older Bears' fans will recall stories about how Sweetness would run up this hill countless times during the years leading up to the SuperBowl Shuffle in 1985.

Chicago 20, Houston 19

In true Chicago tradition, the kicker saves the day.
